Today’s Tip: Sunlight
I still remember when lightbulbs started to change, as inventors started to understand in more depth the nature of light waves. And they came out with bulbs that did a better job of mimicking the sunlight. So now you could have warm lights, cool lights, lights of every color, LED lights, and even SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) lights that fight depression. Then there are also the glasses that can block blue light, red light, or some of the various waves that affect our circadian rhythms. And prisms are amazing lenses to show the rainbow for a visual image of each of the various colors within sunlight. Next time you are out enjoying some sunlight, take time to appreciate all the amazing aspects that make it up. There is a vast wealth of knowledge in even the littlest things we often take for granted.
